The Firm represents the DARCARS automobile sales and service dealerships involving all manner of land use entitlements and permits in Montgomery County, Prince George’s County and the City of Rockville that further DARCARS’ business objectives. Such representation includes obtaining master plan amendments, rezonings, subdivision and site plan approvals, as well as building and occupancy permits. Similarly, the Firm’s representation includes advocating for beneficial legal interpretations and, where necessary, lobbying for amendments of existing laws.
