For August 2019, Shulman Rogers is proud to support Interfaith Works.
Interfaith Works, founded in 1972, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency and a non-sectarian interfaith coalition of more than 165 affiliated congregations of diverse faiths, working together to meet the needs of the poor and homeless in Montgomery County, Md. Their mission is to pursue social justice with an emphasis on identifying and meeting the needs of the poor by leading and engaging Montgomery County’s faith communities in service, education, and advocacy.
Our August efforts will support Interfaith Work’s annual Backpacks and School Supplies Project, which provides the necessary tool for at-risk Montgomery County school children to be successful as they begin a new school year. In addition to raising funds to support this initiative, Shulman Rogers employees also donate backpacks and school supplies.

We volunteer our time and energy to many charities, foundations and other organizations working to improve our schools, our neighborhoods and our business environment.
Shulman Rogers’ Community Outreach Committee identifies, coordinates and executes volunteer activities throughout Montgomery County and Metro Washington. In addition to regular service events, activities and other contributions, the firm supports a local or regional charity on a monthly basis.
