Associate Growth and Development Committee
The Associate Growth and Development Committee provides a forum to ensure an ongoing dialogue between partners and associates on matters concerning associate life and of general firm policies.
Comprised of associates across practice groups, offices and class years who represent the diverse backgrounds and interests of our associate community, the committee is a reflection of, and strives to further the interests of, our full associate population.
The committee also created and hosts SR Connect, providing networking opportunities for young professionals throughout the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. Through social events, educational forums and roundtable chats, our associates facilitate growth amongst their peers and serve as connectors for clients and friends, even at the earliest stages of their careers.
