In the Landlord-Tenant arena, her work includes drafting, filing and arguing discovery and judgment motions and negotiating with opposing parties to avoid litigation and reach a resolution. Teal’s clients praise her familiarity with the nuances of each jurisdiction and her ability to bring clarity to the litigation process.

While in law school, Teal served as a student attorney for the environmental law clinic, where she researched substantive legal issues in regulatory compliance and Clean Water Act cases, analyzed and distilled data for use in environmental justice cases and assisted in litigation preparation for matters before a federal court.
