Sean K. Cash brings unique litigation experience, dedication and a get-the-job-done attitude to every legal matter he faces. He represents clients in a wide range of residential and commercial real estate and landlord-tenant matters in the District of Columbia.

Sean handles disputes involving the interpretation of leases and allegations of violations of housing regulations, consumer protection laws and the warranty of habitability. He regularly represents clients in court for bench trials and jury demands, addressing these issues as well as those related to missed payments and non-monetary breaches of lease agreements.

Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, Sean gained significant experience in the areas of litigation and real estate, using this depth of knowledge to develop solutions to resolve the legal issues facing his clients.

Outside of the office, Sean provides pro bono legal services to veterans, a passion he developed while in law school working for the UIC John Marshall Veterans Legal Clinic.
