Ryan Malet has extensive experience handling residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, Ryan worked as an in-house attorney for a large quasi-governmental agency in Washington, D.C., providing advice and counsel on general legal issues as well as drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of transactional agreements. He is a zealous advocate for clients, consistently delivering successful outcomes.

As a lifelong resident of Montgomery County, MD and a real estate industry professional, Ryan has developed a vast network of reliable contacts and takes pleasure in connecting his clients to these valuable resources.

Ryan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Hobart College. Licensed to practice law in Maryland and Washington, D.C., he is also a licensed title producer in Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. Ryan is a respected member of the local real estate law community, active in the Montgomery County Bar Association and was a member of the Young Professionals Network for the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors.
