Omoye Lynn focuses her practice on entertainment law and intellectual property, supporting clients on copyright, licensing, and transactional matters, as well as the complex litigation that often arises from them.

Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, Omoye practiced as a litigation associate at a large national law firm in Washington, D.C., where she worked on complex federal proceedings and represented clients navigating congressional and regulatory inquiries. She drafted briefs and motions, prepared materials for presentations to Congress and the SEC, and managed large-scale document productions in connection with government enforcement matters. Her entertainment and IP experience includes research and advisory work on publishing, licensing, artist rights, and intellectual property matters, as well as reviewing commercial and marketing agreements for copyright and trademark considerations.

Omoye earned her J.D. from Howard University School of Law, where she participated in Mock Trial and the Business Law Society. She received her B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Howard University.
