Biography

Kelsey Razmic represents businesses and individuals in commercial litigation and intellectual property matters. Her practice also encompasses business disputes, complex civil litigation, including breach of contract claims, construction law, and professional liability. In her construction practice, Kelsey assists clients with reviewing and revising construction contracts and handles construction claims, including mechanics’ liens, payment disputes, and delay claims. She takes a hands-on, strategic approach, working closely with clients to develop litigation plans tailored to their goals. 

Known for strong analytical skills, thorough preparation, and clear communication, Kelsey manages every phase of the litigation process, from initial case assessment and discovery through depositions, court appearances, and resolution, in both state and federal courts, as well as in mediation and arbitration proceedings. She has successfully represented clients in disputes involving breach of contract, construction payment disputes, intellectual property, and professional negligence. 

Before joining Shulman Rogers, Kelsey developed and implemented litigation strategies at a mid-size civil litigation defense firm. During law school, she served as an Associate Comments Editor for the University of Baltimore Law Review. After law school, she clerked for the Honorable Douglas R.M. Nazarian of the Appellate Court of Maryland. She is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia bars.
