Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, Carley served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Barry G. Williams in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. She earned her B.A. from the University of Delaware and her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and is licensed to practice in Maryland.
