Biography

Bianca Pinnock represents clients across the full range of family law matters, including custody, child support, divorce, separation, adoption, guardianship, spousal support, property division, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Her clients describe her as committed, knowledgeable, and calm under pressure. As one put it: “Bianca, your leadership throughout this process has been remarkable. You stayed the course with grace and professionalism.”

Bianca takes a practical, common-sense approach to family law, aiming to reach resolutions as amicably as possible while being a fierce advocate when the situation demands it. She routinely serves as a Best Interest and Child Privilege Attorney.

Since 2023, Bianca has been listed in Best Lawyers’ Ones to Watch for Family Law and Family Law: Arbitration and Mediation. She was named a Top Attorney in Bethesda Magazine and a Rising Star in Maryland and D.C. Super Lawyers since 2022. In 2024, she received The Daily Record’s Leading Women Under 40 award and was named to The Daily Record’s 500 Most Powerful Leaders list. She has been named to the National Black Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 list since 2021 and was elected to the Bar Leaders of the Bar Foundation of Montgomery County.

Before entering private practice, Bianca clerked for Montgomery County Circuit Court Associate Judge Cynthia Callahan and contributed to the research and writing of Fader’s Maryland Family Law, Sixth Edition. She earned her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and her B.S. in Family and Human Services from Towson University.
