Bianca Pinnock is an experienced negotiator and litigator who represents clients in all areas of family law, including adoption, custody, child support, separation and divorce, guardianship, complex financial issues, spousal support/alimony, property division, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Clients appreciate her commitment to excellence, depth of knowledge and the calm yet assertive demeanor she brings to every matter. She takes a practical, common-sense approach to family law matters, helping clients navigate challenges and reach resolutions as amicably as possible.

In addition to the 40-Hour Mediation & Interest-Based Negotiation Skills Training, Bianca has also completed the Best Interest Attorney Training and routinely represents children as a Best Interest and/or Child Privilege Attorney.

Widely recognized within her field, since 2023 she has been listed in Best Lawyers’ “Ones to Watch” for her work in Family Law and Family Law: Arbitration and Mediation. She was named a Top Attorney in Bethesda Magazine and was selected as a “Rising Star” since 2022 in Maryland and DC Super Lawyers Magazine. In 2024, she was recognized for making a tremendous impact in the field of family law and was recognized with the Daily Record’s Leading Women Under 40 award. In 2022, Bianca was elected as a member of the Bar Leaders of the Bar Foundation of Montgomery County, which is a distinguished, invitation-only organization. Additionally, she was previously elected by her peers to serve on the Executive Committee for the Bar Association of Montgomery County. Since 2021, Bianca has been named to the National Black Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 list, which recognizes influential lawyers who have a reputation for providing excellent legal representation and who are leaders in their respective practice areas.

Prior to entering private practice, Bianca served as a law clerk to Montgomery County Circuit Court Associate Judge Cynthia Callahan. While clerking for Judge Callahan, she contributed to the research and writing of Fader’s Maryland Family Law, Sixth Edition. Before joining Shulman Rogers, Bianca worked for several years in a boutique family law firm in Montgomery County, Maryland.

Bianca is a graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and she earned a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Services from Towson University. She has significant experience in Maryland and the District of Columbia courts.

When she’s not passionately representing her clients, Bianca reenergizes at SoulCycle or while walking her Miniature Schnauzer, Banksy.
