Austin Rossi represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, guiding them from the initial contract through closing with an eye for detail and a focus on clear communication. His thorough, methodical approach helps clients move through complex deals with confidence.

Austin handles all manner of real estate transactions, including the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements, deeds, leases, and closing documents. He conducts title and survey review, manages due diligence, and analyzes zoning requirements to keep clients compliant and transactions on schedule. He also has experience with state and local incentive programs.

Before law school, Austin spent two years as a cancer research fellow at the National Institutes of Health, where he co-authored peer-reviewed research. That scientific training shapes how he practices: methodical, detail-first, and comfortable working through technical material. He kept a hand in intellectual property throughout law school, serving as president of the Intellectual Property Law Society.

Austin earned his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and holds a B.S. in Biology from Birmingham-Southern College. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and the District of Columbia, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Outside the office, he is a golfer and an avid cook.
