Shulman Rogers was pleased to support our client, AHC Inc., in its recent $87 million development of 4010 Randolph Road in Rockville, MD. The effort includes AHC’s construction of 168 apartments on the site, joint venturing with Habitat for Humanity Metro Maryland, which is building 27 homes (24 condominiums and 3 single-family homes, all affordable). Montgomery County provided the land and the county, several state agencies, 5 lenders and tax credit investors were involved in the deal. There were approximately 35 recording documents. Shulman Rogers’ paralegal, Leslie Deitch shepherded the unwieldy working group through to closing, earning kudos from all concerned.
