The local dining scene has been abuzz about the recently released 2022 Michelin Guide for Washington, D.C. Shulman Rogers is thrilled that our client, Imperfecto has been added to this prestigious list this year.
The Michelin Guide rates fine-dining restaurants on quality, consistency and the chef’s expression of themselves through food. Restaurants can receive up to three stars and the acquisition or loss of a star can have dramatic effects on a restaurant’s success.
Shulman Rogers is gratified to have a number of clients who have been honored with the highly-coveted Michelin star/stars. In addition to Imperfecto, the Firm’s clients on the list are Pineapple and Pearls with two stars and Little Pearl, Rooster and Owl and Rose’s Luxury with one star each.
