Erin August focuses on a wide range of commercial and residential real estate matters throughout Maryland, Washington, DC and Virginia. With more than a decade of experience handling settlements, she has extensive knowledge of how the transaction works from start to finish. Erin skillfully resolves clouds on title with efficiency, and has vast experience in short sale and foreclosure transactions.
Brittani Gordon works with startup and emerging growth companies through the NEXT, powered by Shulman Rogers platform. She provides counsel on corporate formation and compliance, private equity, capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions and general corporate matters. Before joining Shulman Rogers, Brittani served as a law clerk to several of the judges of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland, where she took the lead with respect to numerous substantive and procedural issues and related adversary matters.
Colin Lynch represents and advises institutional property owners, entrepreneurial investors and developers in all aspects of acquisition, financing, development and leasing, locally and throughout the United States. He advises clients on various types of commercial real property, including commercial, mixed-use, office buildings, retail/shopping centers, automotive dealerships, hotels and resorts, and large-scale/multi-unit residential apartment properties.
Hunter Haines represents startup and mature private companies at every phase of the business cycle in a wide array of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private offerings and venture capital transactions.
