POTOMAC, Md., May 16, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — Prominent land use attorney Todd Brown joins Shulman Rogers’ Shareholders. Mr. Brown is well known among national and regional developers and builders and institutions for securing zoning and land use entitlements for suburban and urban development and redevelopment projects, especially in Howard County and Montgomery County, Maryland. Mr. Brown joins Shulman Rogers’ seasoned Land Use Practice Group, co‑chaired by Timothy Dugan and Nancy Regelin.
