Timothy Dugan Recently Elected to Two New Leadership Positions

Real Estate, Land Use and Zoning attorney, Timothy Dugan, was recently elected Chair of the Montgomery County Department of Permitting Services Citizens Advisory Committee.
The Montgomery County Department of Permitting Services Citizens Advisory Committee advises the Department about the performance of its functions and makes recommendations to the Director, the County Executive and the County Council about matters of interest to the community and building industry.
Real Estate, Land Use and Zoning attorney, Timothy Dugan, was also recently elected Chair of the Urban Land Institute Washington Case Studies Committee.
The Urban Land Institute Washington Case Studies committee showcases innovative approaches and best practices in real estate and urban development. Each case study provides detailed information about the ideas, plans, performance, and lessons learned for an exemplary and often award-winning development project. The committee holds four Case Studies each year, which are geographically and sector diverse, allowing ULI members an exclusive opportunity to visit and explore recently completed projects in the Washington, D.C. region and learn about the project’s success directly from the project team and community leaders.
