Tim Dugan obtains entitlements for North Bethesda Center Parcel G, a 320,000SF multi-family building of up to 294 dwelling units

On January 25, 2018, Tim Dugan represented North Bethesda Center Parcel G, LLC, an affiliate of LCOR Incorporated, in obtaining site plan approval for “North Bethesda Center Parcel G.” Parcel G is a 320,000 square-foot multi-family building of up to 294 dwelling units including a minimum of 12.5% moderately priced dwelling units.
The site is located within the White Flint Sector Plan area of Montgomery County, Maryland, and is part of the 32.42 acre North Bethesda Town Center development next to the White Flint Metro Station. Dugan represented the company before the Montgomery County Planning Board of the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission.
