Shulman Rogers wins for Tennessee-based public safety communications client

April 25, 2019

On April 25, 2019, the FCC granted the Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation a request for waiver of Section 90.179 of the Commission’s Rules. The grant enables the MTETC to utilize the Tennessee Advanced Communications Network’s public safety 700 and 800 MHz facilities.

The Shulman Rogers’ Public Safety Communications Group, led by Alan Tilles, worked with the MTETC to successfully obtain the FCC waiver. MTETC was recommended to Shulman Rogers by public safety radio personnel employed by the State of Tennessee.
