Shulman Rogers Retained to Represent Los Angeles County in 800 MHz Rebanding

September 13, 2012

The law firm of Shulman Rogers Gandal Pordy & Ecker is proud
to announce that the Firm has been retained by the County of Los Angeles,
California to represent the County in its 800 MHz "rebanding"
negotiations with Sprint Communications.

Now that the United States and Mexico have reached an agreement
on reallocation of the 800 MHz band, and separation of public safety and
commercial carrier operations, licensees in the border region can begin
creating their plans for changing frequencies, and begin negotiations with
Sprint Communications.  Shulman Rogers has represented over 200 different
public safety agencies across the country in these negotiations, and the Firm
is also representing numerous border area licensees, including San Bernardino
County, and the Cities of Phoenix and Mesa.

"Shulman Rogers is honored to have been selected by the
County to assist in this complicated process," said Alan Tilles, Chairman
of the Firm’s Telecommunications Department.
