Sarah Cline And Danielle Dolch To Present Title Insurance Coverage CLE Seminar

Two Shulman Rogers’ attorneys, Sarah Cline and Danielle Dolch, will serve as faculty for an upcoming continuing legal education seminar “Title Insurance Coverage: What Real Estate Counsel Must Know.” The presentation will provide real estate counsel with an overview of the latest developments in title insurance coverage and explain best practices for evaluating and negotiating coverage, exclusions and endorsements under American Land Title Association (ALTA) policies.

Sarah Cline is a transactional attorney in Shulman Rogers’ Real Estate Department with significant experience in both residential and commercial real estate deals. Sarah regularly teaches classes on real estate and title topics to real estate agents and fellow attorneys. A recognized leader in both the local and state legal communities, Sarah serves in the Fellows Program instituted by the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law and co-chairs the Bar Association of Montgomery County Real Estate Law Section.
Danielle Dolch also practices in the firm’s Real Estate Department. Danielle focuses her practice on residential real estate transactions. She draws on her experience in residential real estate transactions to advise home buyers and sellers and real estate agents on a variety of real estate matters.
