Modern Family Law Views – Happy Anniversary
July 9, 2014
It is hard to believe that this month marks five years since I joined Shulman Rogers. Time does fly when having fun! I hope my readers will forgive me this brief retrospective. Many of you contributed to my positive experiences here during the past five years – thank you!
One of the main attractions and benefits of my work with Shulman Rogers, in addition to the many friendships formed, remains the breadth and depth of legal services available here. I continue to be amazed by the caring, thoughtful, and skilled legal work from my colleagues. Many of them have the experience and knowledge needed to solve large, complex, and difficult cases, yet also continue to help people with more routine legal problems. This is true of the trust and estates lawyers, who handle both planning and probate situations. It also is true of my partners who provide guardianship and adoption services, or residential real estate closings, or defense against criminal charges, or personal injury and medical malpractice representation. Of course, the firm is well known for its legal work on business entity issues, from formation to tax advice, litigation defense, employment claims, buying, selling, or dissolution. Less well known perhaps, is the firm’s strengths in intellectual property, white collar crime, and SEC enforcement issues. And the ability to handle private international law issues continues to expand. Helping my clients by bringing in these resources when needed, and learning from these masterful lawyers, have been among my biggest pleasures over the last five years.
So again, thank you to all for making this time so memorable, and please keep thinking of me for family law cases, including international ones, and for all the other services Shulman Rogers has to offer.
