Matt Alegi and Sarah Cline to lead session on wire fraud at ABA event

Matt Alegi and Sarah Cline will present at the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Spring Symposia. Cline will serve as program chair and moderator and Alegi will serve as a speaker during the session “Cybersecurity and Data Breach Prevention: What Every Transactional Attorney Must Know.”
Wire fraud and data breaches are serious risks for both consumers and professionals involved in real estate transactions. The panel will discuss the latest scams targeted at real estate attorneys and escrow agents, the laws and potential liabilities that apply in the event of a breach, and related developing concerns.
