October 7, 2015
POTOMAC, Md., October 7, 2015 — The City of Denver, faced with insufficient capacity in its radio system and the lack of 800 MHz public safety channels in the area available, contacted Shulman Rogers (which has represented the City for over a decade) for help. In addition, Denver had a need for greater in-building coverage to accommodate police, fire and EMS communications. To address these needs, on October 2, 2015, the Shulman Rogers Telecommunication Department acquired a waiver from the Federal Communications Commission for the City of Denver to use non-public safety frequencies.
Shulman Rogers is proud of its long history of helping public safety agency address their communications needs through innovative solutions, in conjunction with talented land mobile radio engineers.
