Alaska Railroad Gains 220 MHz Licenses for PTC System, Represented by Alan Tilles

The FCC granted applications to partition and assign five nationwide 220 – 222 MHz band spectrum licenses from PTC-220 to the Alaska Railroad Corp. (ARRC) to enable ARRC to implement a positive train control (PTC) system in the state of Alaska.

Alaska Railroad is represented by Alan Tilles, chair of the Telecommunications Practice at Shulman Rogers.  The firm filed on the application and Waiver Request on the railroad’s behalf.
