A message to our clients, colleagues and friends:
Along with the rest of the world dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, our primary focus is keeping our employees safe while continuing to provide our clients with the legal advice and counsel they expect and need to keep their own businesses operational through this difficult time. Every piece of guidance we are reading stresses social distancing as the action most critical to prevent the spread of this virus.
To that end, on March 17, 2020, we directed our employees to work remotely for the foreseeable future. We will continue to evaluate conditions and communicate any changes with staff and clients as appropriate. PLEASE NOTE: If you have a scheduled appointment in our office, please be in contact with your attorney for instructions.
Having said that, Shulman Rogers is remotely open for business! We have had disaster recovery and business continuity plans in place for years, which enable us to deliver top-notch legal services to clients without interruption. Our robust and leading-edge technology platform allows us the ability to seamlessly provide legal services to our clients while keeping our employees safe – the best-case scenario given the circumstances. All employees will continue to have full access to their secure electronic files, email and phone messages. We also have systems in place to deal with physical mail, faxes and accounting matters.
