Shulman Rogers recently assisted the US subsidiary of Medica S.p.A, an Italian biomedical and MedTech group based in Mirandola, Italy, in negotiating a definitive agreement to acquire certain assets to manufacture blood and water filter products from Evoqua Water Technologies (NYSE: AQUA). The transaction involves a supply agreement under which Medica will manufacture certain bioscience product filters and automated endoscope reprocessor filters for Evoqua after closing.
The Shulman Rogers team included Felix Kushnir, Marilyn Sonnie and Don Rogers. Of the transaction, Sonnie said, “it is always exciting to work with international clients like Medica to assist them in growing their US business.”
