Victoria Tinker provides clients with successful solutions to business and personal disputes.  She is adept at analyzing complicated issues and communicating recommendations to clients in a straightforward manner.

In the commercial litigation arena, Victoria’s practice covers a broad array of corporate matters including contract, partnership and real property disputes.  She is also experienced in fiduciary litigation, primarily involving wills, estates and trusts. 

Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, Victoria served as a legal intern for the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and as Foreign Policy and Media Relations intern for U.S. Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell.  She clerked for the House of Representative Committee on Oversight and Reform as well as for a prestigious law firm in Washington, D.C. 

Victoria earned her B.A. in International Studies from American University: School of International Service, her M.A. from Columbia University: Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and her Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law.
