An associate in the firm’s Business & Financial Services Department, Tyler concentrates his practice on advising private equity, growth equity and venture capital funds and their portfolio companies on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, financings and other general corporate matters. He also advises businesses in all stages of growth, from entity planning and formation to corporate governance, financing and exit strategies.
Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, Tyler was an associate in the DC office of Goodwin Procter, and was previously with an international firm in Southern California, where his practice focused on private equity, growth equity and venture capital transactions. During law school, Tyler was the Head Executive Editor of the Journal of International Law and President of the Penn Law Public Speaking Society.
