Nicole Monsees draws from over 20 years of multifaceted legal experience to advise buyers, sellers, real estate agents and other professionals on a variety of real estate-related matters. At Shulman Rogers, her practice is focused predominantly on residential and commercial real estate transactions and title matters. She also works with the Landlord and Tenant Practice Group to represent property owners in hearings relating to tenant disputes. Another focus area is working with clients in the Solar industry to perform title searches and facilitate commercial real estate closings.
Licensed to practice in Maryland and Florida, Nicole uses her diverse skill set and understanding of laws and regulations to counsel clients with a multitude of real estate interests. Clients appreciate that she is able to provide seasoned guidance to help anticipate and avoid potential pitfalls in their residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, Nicole was a litigator in a Palm Beach, Florida firm, owned and operated a Florida title insurance agency, was a commercial escrow officer with Old Republic in Silicon Valley, California, was general counsel for a Florida diversified real estate development and management company and was in private practice for over a decade in the Florida panhandle, providing counsel on a full range of real estate-related issues.
