Erin McAuliffe brings unique litigation experience, dedication and a get-the-job-done attitude to every legal matter she faces. Clients benefit from her holistic approach, viewing each situation from all vantage points in order to gain an accurate understanding of the issues at hand and then guiding them through the legal system as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Erin counsels national and regional commercial and multi-family residential property owners, management companies, lenders and brokerage firms confronting complex legal disputes that surround Landlord/Tenant relationships. These matters include Breach of Contract, Breach of Commercial Lease Agreements, Property Damage Claims, Maintenance Disputes, Landlord Liability Issues, Evictions and Sub-lease issues.

Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, Erin gained significant experience in the areas of litigation, business disputes and title insurance defense, as well as commercial collections. She draws on this depth of knowledge to develop solutions to resolve the legal issues facing her clients.

Outside of the office, Erin enjoys running, spending time with her family and friends and traveling. While in college, her love of travel led her to hike the highest mountain in England as a part of an English Literature course.
