Anna has a broad range of complex commercial litigation experience including breach of contract claims, business torts, non-compete disputes, employment litigation, and commercial real estate matters in both state and federal court. She has represented clients across industries in identifying practical and strategic solutions to high stakes matters. Anna is a seasoned litigator but seeks to resolve disputes amicably first through negotiated settlements.

Anna also focuses her practice on a broad range of employment matters throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia, including defending employers in administrative proceedings and the defense against claims of employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. She utilizes a proactive and preventative approach to avoid litigation first by counseling employers so that they are in compliance with federal and state regulations. Anna also works with clients in preparing workplace policies and employee handbooks. Clients and colleagues alike respect her attention to detail, her ability to adapt to their needs and her responsiveness.

Anna earned her law degree from George Washington University Law School, where she served as a Notes Editor for the Federal Circuit Bar Journal, and received her B.A. from the Johns Hopkins University. She is admitted to practice in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
