Alan Tilles, Chair of the Firm’s Telecommunications Group, has extensive experience in the radio propagation area of wireless radio regulation. Mr. Tilles’ representation includes tower owners, tower lease holders and manufacturers of antennas and antenna systems.   Further, Mr. Tilles has served as counsel to PCIA – The Wireless Infrastructure Association, since 1984.

In the area of leasing and general real estate, Doug Hirsch, Chair of the Firm's Leasing/Brokerage Practice Group, brings a crucial element to the group.  Mr. Hirsch has extensive experience in land acquisitions, sale and lease-back transactions, construction contracts and financing transactions.  For a tower owner represented by competent counsel, leasing or sale of tower assets promises to be a rich source of revenue.

In the area of zoning, Larry Gordon, an attorney with the Firm’s Zoning Group with over twenty years of experience and is an Adjunct Lecturer in land use law at the George Washington University Law School, is intimately familiar with the benefits, practical limitations and procedural nuances of land use and permitting processes of zoning for the wireless communications industry.  Larry’s representation of both private and public sector clients includes residential, commercial and industrial developers and builders; institutions; quasi-governmental agencies and municipalities.  His experience brings a rich, well-rounded perspective to all matters that may influence wireless communications business decisions.
