Takes Corrective Action in Response to Shulman Rogers GAO ProtestAugust 7, 2009
In response to a bid protest filed at the GAO by Ira Hoffman, Chair of the Firm’s Government Contracts Practice Group, the U.S. Air Force has taken “corrective action” and granted the Firm’s client the relief it requested. Now the client will have the opportunity to compete on a level playing field for task orders for the conversion of approximately 3300 hours of classroom based courseware to Distance Learning over the next two years.
