Camden Shady Grove Site Plan Approval

The Montgomery County Planning Board approved Camden USA's Site Plan Application for its Camden Shady Grove mixed use project.  The project will be comprised of a 498,072 SF, 457 unit, apartment building and 5,000 SF of live/work units on 7.62 gross acres of "commercial residential" land, zoned CR2, C1.5, R1.5, H150.  The project will be developed on the DANAC Stiles Corporate Campus within the Great Seneca Science Corridor Master Plan Area of Montgomery County, Maryland.  One of the future Maryland Transit Administration Corridor Cities Transitway Stops will be located adjacent to the building along Diamondback Drive.  Timothy Dugan of Shulman Rogers represents the Applicant, Camden USA, and DANAC, the property owner.
