Dismissal of Unfair Labor Practice Charge

The NLRB issued a complaint alleging that our client unilaterally eliminated paid lunch breaks for union-represented employees without first affording the union an opportunity to bargain, in violation of the National Labor Relations Act.  Following a trial, an administrative law judge dismissed the complaint.
