Joe Alfandre's approach to practicing law revolves around his clients' needs. An associate in the Homebuilder Real Estate Transactions Group at Shulman Rogers, Joe focuses his practice on all areas relating to the purchase and acquisition of real estate. He has experience in drafting and reviewing agreements, amendments and other documents on behalf of local, regional and national homebuilders.
Having grown up in Montgomery County, Maryland, Joe comes from a family of homebuilders and real estate developers who were influential in his decision to pursue a career in real estate law. His prior experience in the industry includes internships with the National Association of Homebuilders, Bozzuto Homes, Inc. and Kentlands, Co. Joe earned a B.A. in History from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Maryland and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association.
