Helena S. Lopez focuses her practice on all aspects of real estate transactional law. Helena has substantial experience representing commercial landlords and tenants in the leasing of office, retail and industrial properties nationwide. Her leasing practice includes the negotiation and drafting of leases, subleases, guaranty agreements, non-disturbance agreements and related documents. Representative transactions include the leasing of large corporate headquarters locations, build-to-suit office buildings, restaurants and shopping centers.
Helena also represents purchasers, developers and sellers in connection with the acquisition, development and sale of commercial properties as well as lenders and borrowers in connection with the acquisition, construction, financing and refinancing of commercial properties.
In addition, Helena represents purchasers, sellers, landlords and tenants in residential purchases, sales and leases.
