
Ms. Sack is an Associate in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Department. She represents both national and local home builders and land developers in complex litigation that primarily involves real estate and construction issues. Ms. Sack also works with her home builder clients to successfully resolve new home warranty disputes before those matters reach the litigation stage.
Ms. Sack received her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., where she served as Notes Editor for the Federal Circuit Bar Journal. Her article analyzing the remedies available under The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program for injuries caused by a popular elective vaccine was published in the Federal Circuit Bar Journal in July, 2010.
Ms. Sack graduated with Highest Honors from Rutgers University: Rutgers College in New Brunswick, N.J. As a junior at Rutgers University, she was elected to both Phi Beta Kappa and the Golden Key International Honours Society. Ms. Sack also received her International Baccalaureate diploma from Washington International School in Washington, D.C.
