Mr. Diffley is an associate in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Department. He works with companies, partnerships, and individuals to resolve complex business disputes, both in Maryland and throughout the country.
During law school, Mr. Diffley was an associate editor for the Law Review, which published an article of his in 2008 analyzing personal jurisdiction in federal courts.
