Koushik Bhattacharya is an Associate in the Firm's Commercial Litigation Department. He advocates on behalf of prominent local and national businesses in complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters in both state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, Mr. Bhattacharya was an Associate at Joseph, Greenwald & Laake, P.A. where he handled a wide variety of complex litigation matters. Prior to that, Mr. Bhattacharya was a Litigation Associate at Axelson, Williamowsky, Bender & Fishman, P.C.
Mr. Bhattacharya graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law with a concentration in Business Law. He earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Mr. Bhattacharya is active in the Montgomery County, Prince George's County and South Asian Bar Associations. Mr. Bhattacharya is also a member of the Marlborough Inns of Court.
