
John D. Sadler is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department at Shulman Rogers. Mr. Sadler’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation matters. He has experience representing lenders and financially distressed entities in all phases of the workout and restructuring process. He has represented clients in a variety of creditors’ rights matters involving bankruptcy and relief from the automatic stay, litigation, foreclosure of commercial properties, UCC foreclosure, and the preparation and negotiation of forbearance agreements. Mr. Sadler has also assisted distressed entities to successfully restructure through Chapter 11. His diverse litigation practice has included representation of banks, financial institutions, lenders, contractors, real estate developers, commercial landlords, property management companies and individuals in both Federal and state court.
Mr. Sadler joined Shulman Rogers in 2004 after beginning his career in the Washington, D.C. office of a large Chicago-based law firm.
