Alexis Peters focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development issues, financing multiple lot sales and leasing involving commercial and multiple-lot residential real estate. Since joining the Firm, she has helped to close almost a billion dollars in real estate transactions.
Alexis is a member of the Firm's Commercial Real Estate, Hospitality and Lending Groups. Her clients include local and national real estate developers, investors, lenders, hotel owners and home builders. She also represents landlords and tenants in retail, industrial, ground and office lease transactions.
Alexis has successfully structured, negotiated, documented and closed transactions involving shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, multi-family housing (rental and condominium), health care facilities and other retail and mixed-use projects.
Alexis' practice also consists of advising lenders and borrowers regarding loss mitigation and recovery maximization strategies in distressed loan workouts and restructures involving mezzanine, construction and term loans.
