Ms. Moran practices in the commercial litigation department concentrating on contract, real property, government contracts, corporate disputes and fiduciary litigation primarily involving will and trust contests. She has a specialty in appellate litigation, appearing successfully before Maryland and Federal Appellate Courts. Prior to joining Shulman, Rogers, Gandal, Pordy & Ecker, Ms. Moran served as a law clerk to the Honorable Rosalyn B. Bell, Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. She has been in private practice since 1987.
