Ms. Hunter Green is an associate in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation and Family Law & Fiduciary Litigation practice groups. Her practice focuses on separation, divorce and custody disputes; guardianships for disabled adults and minors; and fiduciary litigation matters. Prior to obtaining her law degree, Ms. Hunter Green was a legal assistant in the Firm’s Estate and Trust department where she administered estate and trusts and drafted estate-planning documents. Ms. Hunter Green has an extensive background in estate and trust matters, including estate, gift and inheritance tax. This broad range of experience makes Ms. Hunter Green uniquely qualified to assist families during the most difficult times of her client’s lives.
Ms. Hunter Green obtained her juris doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law where she was a member of the Tax Clinic representing low-income clients in tax matters before the Internal Revenue Service.
