As a member of the Commercial Litigation Department, Ms. Hepburn Sadler represents individuals and organizations in diverse legal matters including cases involving construction matters, bankruptcy, contract interpretation, domestic issues and real estate title disputes.
In addition to her litigation practice, on numerous occasions Ms. Hepburn Sadler has been appointed by the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland to serve as a Trustee to sell both real and personal property as well as to provide recommendations to the Court regarding the wind-up of businesses.
Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, Ms. Hepburn Sadler served as the judicial law clerk to the sitting judges in the District Courts for Frederick and Washington County, Maryland and was the law clerk to the Honorable Ronald B. Rubin, for the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Maryland.
