Shulman Rogers represents Gary Lee Development in the launch of its first real estate fund, Gary Lee Real Estate Fund I, LLC. Scott Museles and Danny Krakower advised Gary Lee on the structuring of the Fund and a private placement offering of Preferred Units. The Fund will focus on value added, single-family redevelopment projects in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and select infill markets in South Florida, as well as value-added, "for sale" multi-family development projects in the Mid-Atlantic and South Atlantic United States.
