Jeremy Schulman secures win for Virginia printing company in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia
Judge Henry H. Kennedy of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia ruled on November 7 that Williams Fund Private Equity Group must pay more than $200,000 to the owner of a Virginia printing company, David Engel, as mandated by an earlier arbitration decision. The decision is based on Mr. Schulman's successful arbitration of claims against Williams Fund Private Equity Group for fraudulently inducing David Engel to enter into a stock purchase agreement, obtaining damages of more than $200,000 and rescission of the transaction.
