We are seeking an associate to join our Real Estate Department with a national scope practice.  The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on acquisition, development and financing matters.  Excellent long term career opportunity with partnership potential for associate with superior academic credentials, outstanding legal ability and strong drafting skills.

Corporate/Securities Associate

Shulman, Rogers, Gandal, Pordy & Ecker, P.A. is looking for business-minded, entrepreneurial securities and M&A attorneys with sophisticated law firm experience to help grow a vibrant securities and M&A practice. We are seeking two attorneys, at least one of which must have experience in securities transactions (e.g., such as IPO's, PIPES, Reverse Mergers, private placements, 144As) and securities regulatory compliance (e.g., Form 10-Ks, 8-Ks, 10-Qs, proxy statements, SOX).
