Mr. Metz is a shareholder in the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Group and is also a member of the Firm's Corporate Department and Commericial Litigation Department. Immediately prior to joining Shulman Rogers, Mr. Metz served as a law clerk to all judges for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland, where he was exposed to numerous substantive and procedural aspects of complex bankruptcy cases and litigation related thereto. Mr. Metz represents diverse clients, including debtors, creditors, landlords, creditors' committees and other interested parties. Prior to his clerkship with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Mr. Metz practiced bankruptcy law as an associate at Greenan, Walker & Billman, LLP. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Metz served as law clerk to the Honorable Theresa A. Nolan in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, Maryland.
